It is with great sadness that we share the untimely death of Jake Wnuk (37) , son of East Northport retired teachers Susan and Bruce Wnuk. Jake was killed in a tragic accident on August 6, 2023 near his home in Texas. He is survived by his his loving parents, sister and his wife Meghan and their two young children.

Mary Robitaille, retired Northport health teacher, passed away on August 18 at the age of 91. Visitation at Nolan’s Funeral Home on Monday, August 21 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, Main Street, Northport.
Rolf Herwerth, retired Northport High School Social Studies teacher, passed away on July 31, 2023 at 88 years of age. He is survived by his daughter father of Linda (Chris) Reed, son Ted Herwerth and grandson Christopher Reed.
